Document Actions
This folder is used to store all the files created for our various conferences.
If you are here to add your document (PowerPoint, PDF, Word Document, web page... whatever!) to the mix, please first note the following:
- Please limit the size of any uploaded files to 20MB. If your file is larger than this, please consider splitting it. If it is a PowerPoint presentation, or remove some of the graphics, especially if they are not essential to the content.
- Please note, when you go to upload the file, it may take some time (3-5 min for a large file over a high-speed connection.) Don't cancel, or get impatient. It usually works just fine.
- To help keep everything organized, some of your colleages are reviewers, which will review your
submissionprior to publishing it. This may take a day or two. - Please add
Keywordsto your upload, so it is easier for people to find it. After you've uploaded it, click on the the Properties tab (it's green, just below the blue header bar). - All uploaded files will not be immediately viewable by everyone. We have a set of reviewers who will approve the upload. This may take 1-2 days.
